Located in the central city this new cafe needed a stunning concrete floor to match the quality and finish of the premises as a whole.
The existing concrete floor was upgraded to a 3000 grit finish. This high level of finish was difficult to obtain due to the fact that the concrete floor was layed in three individual pours. All three concrete pours were at different levels which made this a challenging floor to achieve a level finish on.
Owing to expertise and experience in this field Shaun was able to solve this problem without any changes to the proposed budget or time frame.
I needed this job completed at short notice to coincide with the opening date of the new cafe. Shaun was very accommodating and professional in the manner in which he was willing to fit in with our schedule. The work was completed over public holidays and at night to ensure no disruption to surrounding businesses and residents.
